'Happy' Shahid Kapoor drops major hint about upcoming film

Shahid Kapoor is extending his heartfelt greetings to his fans over the weekend as he raises anticipation for his upcoming film Deva.

The 43-year-old actor took to his Instagram Stories on Sunday, December 22, hinting at his new film Deva's release.

In the photo, Shahid flashed a gesture of initial 'D' with his hand as he wrote in the caption, "Happy Sunday."

Offering an insight into the release of his new film, he further went on to add, "31st Jan...wait for it..."

The photo was accompanied by Dr Dre's Bang Bang song in the background.

Meanwhile, the Jab We Met star looked dapper in a white t-shirt paired with a cap.

The actor’s post received love from his fans all over the world as they thronged the comments section with heartfelt messages.

One fan commented, “Can’t wait for Deva.”

For the unversed, the film features a star-studded cast, including Pooja Hedge, Kubra Sait, and Pavail Gulati in lead roles. It is slated to release on February 14, 2025, Valentine’s Day.
