Timothée Chalamet got candid about what he does with his award-accepting speeches after losing.

The Dune star, who recently earned his fourth Golden Globes nomination for Best Actor – Motion Picture – Drama, told SiriusXM about the bittersweet moment of ripping up the acceptance speech.

“This is my fourth Golden Globe nomination,” said the Little Women star, “There’s nothing more uniquely hilarious and something you cannot share with anyone when you get home, and you tear up the little thing that you never had to use.”

He added that he finds himself thinking, “‘you narcissistic arrogant prick. On what planet did you think you were gonna use this?'”

Previously, Chalamet had been nominated in the Golden Globes for his performances in Call Me by Your Name, Beautiful Boy, and Wonka

His movie Call Me by Your Name also earned him an Oscar nomination at 22, making him the youngest actor in history to be nominated in that category.

This year, the actor faces competition from Adrien Brody for The Brutalist, Daniel Craig for Queer, Colman Domingo for Sing Sing, Ralph Fiennes for Conclave and Sebastian Stan for The Apprentice.

According to Variety, the 28-year-old artist is also highly expected to earn an Oscar nomination for his work as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown.

A Complete Unknown, which stars Chalamet alongside Edward Norton, Monica Barbaro and Elle Fanning is slated for release on December 25th.
