Ariana Grande enjoyed her first Golden Globe nomination outing with her mother, Joan Grande, in contrasting looks.
On Tuesday, December 17, the mother-daughter duo made a stunning joint appearance at the Golden Globes First-time Nominees Luncheon at Maybourne Beverly Hills.
Grande, who earned her first Gold Globe nominee for her role in Jon M. Chu-directed Wicked, struck several poses with her mother while they walked on the red carpet.
The Wicked star donned a champagne-hued sleeveless satin frock-style dress adorned with a belt on her waist.
She complimented the dress with colour-coordinated satin pumps and completed her look with minimal jewellery.
Meanwhile, the Popular singer’s mother looked chic in a two-piece black outfit. Joan, 67, stood proudly by her daughter’s side in a coatdress, matching pants, and black boots.
The mother-daughter red carpet appearance comes after the 7 Rings hitmaker celebrated her Golden Globe nominations over Instagram earlier this month.
"Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, I am floored and honoured to be recognised by the members of the @goldenglobes, crying (of course)," the 31-year-old songstress wrote as she reposted the nominees list. "It’s impossible to find my words, but I am simply so deeply grateful for this acknowledgment."
"Congratulations to my brilliant, dear sister. and all of our Ozian family on this celebration of our work. I cannot possibly express my gratitution," She further gave a shoutout to her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo, who has also been nominated in the category of Best Actress for the role of Elphaba.
