Prince Andrew has seemingly no more options or pardons left with the royal family after his latest scandal has caused a concern for national security.

The Duke of York, who has found himself entangled in yet another issue after his ‘confidante’ was discovered to be an alleged ‘Chinese spy’, is now set to face the consequences of his actions, a royal expert pointed out.

“The fact that this guy obviously inveigled himself into Prince Andrew's circle, and was seemingly in and out of Royal Lodge... is a worry for the security services,” royal author Phil Dampier told The Sun.

The royal author noted that the spy, who is now unmasked to be Yang Tengbo, could have “stumbled across” so much which is why it is “a very big scandal”.

Moreover, Dampier also pointed out that Tengo has also been seen with former Prime Ministers David Cameron and Theresa May so there is a slight chance that “all the blame” is not Andrew.

However, since Andrew has already disgraced the royal family with his sex scandal and his previous friendship with paedophile Jeffery Epstein, “it's not a very good look”.

“The Chinese have been doing this for years, and they've been infiltrating all sorts of echelons of British society,” the author explained. “It's backfired on him dramatically and on top of the Epstein thing, it’s kind of a final nail in his coffin, really.”

The remarks come after the Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson pulled out of the Christmas at Sandringham. It is expected that King Charles will be urged to take a decision about his shamed brother in the near future.
