Netflix teases Rowan Atkinson's new series
Rowan Atkinson’s 2022 series Man vs. Bee has been renewed for a follow-up.
Just the like before, where Rowan’s character was in-charge to take care of the house while the owner’s go out of town; this time he will be taking care of a baby.
Netflix UK shared the first look of the upcoming show by dropping a few images.
The pictures shared by the streaming company featured the Mr. Bean star carrying an infant baby in arms.
His photo has been placed over multiple scenes of different TV shows including Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget and Sex Education.
“Rowan’s back, baby! Here’s your first look”, they mentioned in the caption. Meanwhile, Netflix updated that ‘Man vs Baby is now in production.’
The all-new comedy series will once again reunite the 69-year-old comedian with director David Karr and creator William Davies.
The 2022 nine-episodic series ranked 10th globally having ten minutes time run per episode. Meanwhile, the forthcoming show will reportedly carry half hour episodes.
The synopsis of Man vs Baby reads: “After a disastrous experience housesitting a high-tech mansion hampered by an inconvenient insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley (Rowan Atkinson) now finds himself looking after a luxurious London penthouse, with another unlikely companion he didn’t ask for.”
