James Bond star stuns fans with 'special' milestone celebration

James Bond star Theo James stunned fans with his latest milestone celebration.

The Divergent star, who is gearing up for his groundbreaking role in The Hole, celebrated his 40th birthday on Monday, December 16.

Fans are still trying to wrap their heads around his age, heaping on praises for his ageless appearance as well as his acting persona.

Users flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to extend their heartfelt wishes to the actor on the occasion.

One fan wrote, “40 and still so fine”

Another chimed in, adding, “40?!! aging like THEE finest wine in history.”

A third enthused, “Aging like fine wine and stealing scenes everywhere.”

A fourth commented, “He look 26 lord he aged really good.”

The White Lotus star previously opened up to The Guardian about stepping into the world of opportunities with the ‘Bond’ label.

He told the outlet, “Everyone’s interested in [Bond] because it’s a big part of British cultural identity, but that probably wouldn’t be me.”

Reflecting on his plans to bring the character to life, he added, “I do think there are better people for that job. And, honestly, it would be terrifying: if you do that, there’s no going back. You’re opening Pandora’s box there.

“You have got to be willing to live a very different life and have a different life for your family. And that would be pretty tricky. Plus, my mates would take the p**s out of me. Because they always say, “Bondopoulos – the Greek Bond.’”

On the professional front, Theo is set to star in a highly anticipated thriller directed by Kim Jee-woon, based on the bestselling 2017 novel of the same name.
