Sarah Ferguson has boldly shared her perspective on Queen Camilla in a recent interview, making it clear that she’s ready to support the royal couple. 

The 65-year-old Duchess of York, who married Prince Andrew in 1986 before their divorce a decade later, opened up in a candid chat with The Times.

Sarah revealed her longstanding bond with Queen Camilla, highlighting their shared history: “Queen Camilla was close friends with Mum, which is why we’re so close now.” 

The Duchess also made a heartfelt plea to the King and Queen, expressing her eagerness to do more for the Royal Family. 

With her renewed commitment, Ferguson seems ready to put the past behind and step forward into a more supportive role.

In an exclusive interview with The Times, she explained that her deep connection with Camilla is rooted in their shared history, particularly their mutual friendship with the late Princess Diana. 

"Diana was my best friend from the age of 14," she said. "That’s why it’s so big that the Queen and I get on now."

Sarah spoke warmly about Camilla, comparing her to Diana and expressing admiration for the "extraordinary support" the Queen has given the country. 

She also revealed her desire to contribute more to the Royal Family, saying, “I want to do as much for the Queen as possible. I wish they’d ask me to do more."

The Duchess also reflected on her close relationship with Queen Elizabeth II, revealing that the late monarch, who was a lifelong friend of her mother, always held a special place in her heart. 

"Queen Elizabeth and I got on so well. My mum was her close friend, so she knew me all my life and she loved me," she shared. 

With her renewed commitment to the Royal Family, Sarah seems ready to embrace a more active role in supporting the new reign.
