Taylor Swift, after being spoiled by tons of gifts on 35th birthday by boyfriend Travis Kelce, received some upsetting news about her Eras Tour.
While the Lover singer was on the road for almost a year, The Rolling Stones were also busy promoting their 2023 album Hackney Diamonds, their first record in the past 18 years.
It appears it took one single night show by the rock band to top Swift's 3-hour long show.
According to Pollstar 2024 Year End Analysis, released on Friday 13th, 2024, the legendary British rock band The Rolling Stone topped Swift’s Eras Tour in a single night revenue on the Top 10 North America Top Touring chart.
In the last 12 months with just 18 shows, the iconic rock band brought in an impressive £10,345,659 per night, making them the highest-earning act in 2024. The rating is in terms of concert revenue per show.
The 18-show tour set a new benchmark for ticket demand as fans purchased them in a limited time.
Even though, Swift's Eras Tour became the first-ever to exceed a billion-dollar revenue, The Rolling Stones earned around 100k more each night than Swift.
It appears that the band has no plans to stop anytime soon.
Previously, lead guitarist Keith Richards shared in an interview that he “really can’t imagine doing anything else.”
“You might call it a habit,” he said. “I mean, that’s what we do.”
Trailing behind Swift in 2024 Top 200 Worldwide top touring artist chart are Coldplay and P!NK. On 2024 Top 10 North America Top Touring artist chart Bad Bunny and Zach Bryan follow behind The Rolling Stones.
