King Charles is set to welcome 45 royals to Sandringham for a grand and unforgettable Christmas celebration this year.
Among the cherished royal traditions is the family’s walk to church on Christmas morning—a moment that often captures public attention.
During one such memorable outing, the family made headlines for their coordinated dark green ensembles and also Princess Kate's wardrobe regret—a candid confession that left fans admiring her honesty and elegance.
However, it seems not everyone was thrilled with their outfit choice. Princess Kate, who looked stunning in a grey Catherine Walker coat paired with a green hat, heels, and bag, later confessed she was not happy about her outfit choice.
While speaking to a 19-year-old fan, Rachel Anvil, Kate admitted the heavy coat wasn’t ideal for the unexpectedly warm weather that day. Despite her candid admission, fans adored her look, solidifying her reputation as a fashion icon.
Rachel's mum told Metro : "Kate was talking to my daughter about clothes and how she was feeling too hot, she said 'I really shouldn’t have worn this', it was like speaking to a friend."
Two notable absentees from this year’s grand celebration will be the King’s estranged son, Prince Harry, along with Meghan Markle and their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
According to a source close to the couple, they will not be traveling to the UK for Christmas, as they reportedly did not receive an invitation to the gathering at Sandringham.
