Sean Diddy Combs' case takes a shocking turn as he drops his bail request ahead of his May 2025 trial.
The 55-year-old music mogul, arrested in September on sex-trafficking and racketeering charges, has decided to drop his bail after being denied three times.
According to People Magazine, the Bad Boy Records founder has decided to sit tight as his trial draws closer.
This news comes after the rapper was granted daily access to a laptop in jail.
His lawyers had previously complained to a federal judge about the lack of communication facilities provided to Diddy as compared to his other cell inmates.
According to E! News, a decree signed by Judge Arun Sibramanian, stated: "The MDC is ordered to give Defendant access to the Discovery Laptop seven days per week from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
"This can be in his unit's visiting room or in his unit's VTC room."
While he was granted access to a computer, the judge stressed that Diddy should be vigilant with its use since it was not provided for "taking or storing notes."
However, Diddy and his legal team have remained tight-lipped about his decision to drop bail requests immediately after being granted daily access to a computer in jail.
