According to Daily Mail, due to his ongoing health issues and significant vision loss, Elton needed assistance getting on and off the stage during his duet with Dua, which left his fans heartbroken.

Throughout most of the performance, Sir Elton remained seated due to his deteriorating eyesight.
The concertgoers described the experience to the aforementioned outlet, saying, "The chemistry between Elton and Dua was really sweet and joyous to see, they have a lot of love for each other and to see that life was special."
"It was bittersweet to see him struggling a little, and I didn’t know the extent of his vision loss," they disclosed.
Dua also took to her Instagram handle to share highlights from the show and express her heartfelt gratitude for the successful event.
The Levitating crooner wrote, "LIVE FROM THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL, THE ALBUM, OUT NOW I am so proud of this album and I'm so happy I get to share it with you in this way."
"A real dream come true. I've been ticking a lot of them off this year that it doesn't even feel real sometimes! But we're here and it's happening, and you can watch the evening with me this Sunday on @ITV," the globally known singer continued.
It is important to note that Dua announced her new live from the Royal Albert Hall Album on December 6, 2024.
