Prince Harry shares meaningful message for key royal before Christmas
Prince Harry marks special milestone after reacting to Meghan Markle's divorce rumours
Prince Harry issued a powerful statement just days before the royal family's reunion at Kate Middleton's Christmas Carol Service.
The Duke of Sussex celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Diana Award with a virtual appearance with almost 200 young leaders from across 45 countries.
For the unversed, the award was "established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales," the late mother of Harry and Prince William. The initiative "continues to honour young changemakers making exceptional contributions to social action and humanitarian efforts."
As per Sussex.com, the recipients were "honoured during a virtual ceremony." The young souls were "recognized for their transformative work in their communities, their dedication to driving lasting change, and their commitment to creating a fairer, more equitable world."
The former working royal paid a heartfelt tribute to the royal family's till date loved member, none other than her mom, Diana, at the virtual ceremony in his recorded message.
Harry said, "I know my mum would be incredibly proud of you guys."
While highlighting the vision of Princess Diana, King Charles' son shared, "My mother’s belief in the power of young people to drive positive change continues to inspire me every single day."
He added, "No matter the challenges we face, whether it is climate change, mental health, or systemic injustices, her legacy and the efforts of young people to inspire further action in the world fill me with hope."
It is important to note that Harry remembered the key royal figure in the history just after debunking Meghan Markle's divorce rumours.
