Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are thinking to build a new life in the United Kingdom away from Hollywood.
A source spilled to In Touch Weekly that Ryan was spotted all over the England in 2024 while working on a new movie, Project Hail Mary.
The source revealed, “They’re looking at properties outside of London in the countryside at the moment, they want that slower pace of life.”
Another source mentioned, “The couple will keep their place in Montecito to have a home base in California because they’ll certainly be back, but they’re ready for a change of pace.”
However, the source noted, “They had such a good time in the U.K. and love the idea of giving their girls a more permanent taste of life outside America.”
“It feels safer in a lot of ways, and they love the idea of being in Europe, they can take all sorts of quick trips, there's so much to explore,” shared an insider.
As far as Eva is concerned, the source pointed out, “Eva can work from anywhere and wherever Ryan goes for work they’ll travel with him the way they do now so nothing will change on that end.”
“His plan right now is to slow down for a bit, he’s still going to work but just not at the intense pace he has been so it’s the perfect time to explore a new country,” added an insider.
