Ariana Madix got candid on what she thinks the new Vanderpump Rules cast should have in them, to be on the series.
As Vanderpump Rules gears up to film its 12th season with an all-new cast, the former cast member has shared her thoughts on what Bravo should prioritize in selecting its next reality stars.
Speaking to E! News at The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment gala on Dec. 4, the 39-year-old emphasized the importance of being real.
“I think they should be looking for people who are unapologetically themselves,” Ariana said.
“And who aren’t trying to be a ‘reality star.’ Or be the newest GIF, or the newest meme. But who are really just themselves.”
She added, “Hopefully they’re able to find that.”
Despite stepping away from the show after its explosive 10th season, where her relationship with Tom Sandoval ended amidst his affair with co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, Ariana hasn’t completely ruled out involvement in the revamped series.
She suggested that her sandwich shop, Something About Her, which she co-owns with co-star Katie Maloney, could serve as a fresh filming location.
“Well, if they want to come over and have an argument over a sandwich,” Ariana teased, “Something About Her is like two doors down.”
