Nick Cannon got candid about his thoughts on vasectomy after fathering 12 kids.
In a clip from TMZ's Merry Elfin' Christmas special shared with People, Cannon opened up about the possibility of getting a vasectomy and his approach to his family life as a father of a “dozen”.
When asked about getting a vasectomy, the Masked Singer host, 44, responded, “I don’t know. I’m not against… shout out to everybody else who has ever done it.”
As for having more children, Cannon said, “Why not?” but added that he’s happy with what he has right now.
When asked whether having 12 kids is “cheaper,” Cannon quipped, “It’s definitely not. It’s a rich man’s sport, I’ll tell ya that.”
Cannon’s large family includes 13-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; sons Golden Sagon, 7, and Rise Messiah, 2, and daughter Powerful Queen, 3, with Brittany Bell; 3-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, 2, with Abby De La Rosa; son Legendary Love, 2, with Bre Tiesi; and daughter Onyx Ice Cole, 2, with LaNisha Cole.
He also shares two children with Alyssa Scott — son Zen, who tragically passed away at 5 months old in December 2021 from brain cancer, and daughter Halo Marie, born on Dec. 14, 2022.
Last month, Cannon spoke with People about the complexities of his Thanksgiving plans.
“It’s very complicated. I’m a busy man on Thanksgiving,” he said, explaining that he attends “a bunch of dinners.”
“I’m going to be full by the end of the day, but everybody specializes in certain things,” he added, revealing that “some people got good sweet potato pie, some people got amazing fried turkey.”
He humorously noted, “I know every house that needs to have the things that I really like.”
