Zayn Malik showed off his vocal prowess in the new live rendition of PILLOWTALK.
On Sunday, December 1, the former One Direction singer took to his Instagram to post a short clip from his second concert at Manchester Apollo.
In the video captured from the November 30 show, Zayn, 31, could be heard performing a different version of his chart-topping track.
He touched the high notes effortlessly in a low-pitched voice and then smoothly transitioned into his usual tone.
While the singer tweaked the original version, the sea of fans continued to sing along with him while recording the moment.
Zayn’s recent PILLOWTALK live rendition came after he performed the song live for the first time during the opening night of his Stairway to the Sky tour on Saturday, November 23.
"This might be a pretty decent moment for you all, this is the first time I've ever sung this song live… this song is called PILLOWTALK," the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker told his fans as he took the stage at Leeds O2 Academy.
"It’s good to be back up North," Zayn added, marking the first show of his long-awaited tour nearly a decade after his exit from One Direction.
