However, Shilpa's lawyer Prashant Patil was kind of quick to set the record straight, and called all the reports are baseless as they made it very clear she has "nothing to do with the case."
The Hungama 2 actress stepped in just to clear the air which have been bothering her lifestyle, after earlier media reports caused a stir.
The recent statement read: "There have been reports in the media saying that my client, Mrs Shilpa Shetty Kundra, has been raided by the Enforcement Directorate."
"These reports are not true and are misleading. There is no Enforcement Directorate raid on Mrs. Shilpa Shetty Kundra as she has nothing to do with any offense of whatsoever nature."
He further mentioned that only Raj is responsible for 2022 pornography case, as she is innocent and does not know anything about it.
Shilpa Shetty's legal team want the media to stop spreading photos or videos of the Sukhee actress when talking about the case.
