Lala Kent opens up on burning a “lot of bridges”.
“I burned a lot of bridges,” the 34-year-old reality TV star shared with host Andy Cohen on the Tuesday, Nov. 19 episode of Watch What Happens Live.
Cohen named some of her Vanderpump Rules costars, including Ariana Madix.
“We don't speak,” Kent shared about Madix, who turned the spotlight from the Scandoval scandal into several high-profile opportunities, including competing on Dancing with the Stars, securing a role in Broadway's Chicago, and hosting Love Island USA.
“She's killing it and I'm thrilled about it,” Kent said. “And I mean it!”
Kent shared that she hasn’t been in contact with Madix, 39, or Katie Maloney, 37, since the Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion, which aired in May. While the show typically resumes filming during the summer, its future, and the possibility of a twelfth season, remains uncertain.
The reality star, who welcomed her second daughter in September, also mentioned she has yet to visit Something About Her, the West Hollywood sandwich shop owned by Madix and Maloney.
“They worked very hard on it,” Kent said of the eatery. “Even if we don't talk, of course, I want to see them succeed. I love a good sandwich!”
The mother-of-two also said that she doesn't talk to Madix's ex, Tom Sandoval. But she did recently spend time with the other Tom, Tom Schwartz.
Kent shared that she blocked Jax Taylor but still crosses paths with him since their children, her daughter Ocean and his son Cruz, attend the same school alongside Scheana Shay's daughter, Summer Moon.
Despite the distance with Taylor, Kent expressed her affection for his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright. “I love Brittany,” she said. “We're thick.”
When it comes to Lisa Vanderpump, who brought Kent into Vanderpump Rules as a hostess and cast member, Kent had nothing but admiration.
“I love her,” she shared. However, Kent noted she didn’t attend the recent Vanderpump Dogs Foundation Gala, even though she was invited.
