Robert Pattinson has joined the star-studded cast of Christopher Nolan’s next film with Universal.
The actor is set to reunite with director Nolan for an upcoming project at Universal Pictures, according to Variety.
The details of the film remain tightly under wraps, but Pattinson joins an impressive cast that includes Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Lupita Nyong’o, Anne Hathaway, and Zendaya.
Production is expected to begin in the first half of 2025.
Pattinson’s schedule for the coming year is shaping up to be pretty packed. He is slated to reprise his role as the iconic DC superhero in The Batman sequel at Warner Bros.
The actor is also booked to star in A24’s Primetime, a thriller inspired by the reality show To Catch a Predator.
Directed by Lance Oppenheim, the project will mark the filmmaker’s narrative feature debut and is expected to start production early next year.
Moreover, Pattinson’s next film, Bong Joon-Ho’s sci-fi comedy Mickey 17, is set to hit theatres on April 18, 2025.
The $150 million Warner Bros. production marks the highly anticipated follow-up to Bong’s Oscar-winning film Parasite. With such a major release, the actor is expected to take on a significant round of promotional duties leading up to the film’s debut.
