Taylor Swift is taking her friendship to Brittany Mahomes to the next level following her husband Patrick Mahomes’ ‘disturbing’ incident.

The 34-year-old singer extended her support to the pregnant star, who was upset after her husband was targeted by Buffalo Bills fans.

Swift and her longtime boyfriend Travis Kelce were disturbed to witness a Kermit the Frog puppet dressed up as Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, complete with a No. 15 jersey.

However, NFL fans didn’t hesitate to stand up for their ‘quarterback’ as they rallied support for the latter, suggesting it was based on implied racism.

A source exclusively opened up to DailyMail.com about the incident that took place at the Bills’ stadium on Sunday, November 17.

The insider pointed out, “Taylor’s friends said she and Travis found it incredibly disturbing. She has talked to Brittany who was really taken aback.”

Previously, Patrick has been inquired about his parallels and alleged comparisons to the muppet throughout his career.

He told reporters during Super Bowl that fan reactions don’t surprise him as ‘people have been making fun of him’ his entire life.

Mahomes noted at the time, “I've gotten used to it, it's like the joke that keeps giving. I've heard it all, jokes about Kermit the Frog or about smoking cigarettes.
