Ariana Grande and her boyfriend, Ethan Slater, kept things low-key at the UK premiere of Wicked on Monday night, subtly making their appearance while maintaining some distance on the green carpet.
The singer and the Broadway actor, both star in the much-anticipated film adaptation of the musical, which brought them together on set in London nearly two years ago.
The pair's relationship went public in 2023, sparking headlines as it followed their respective divorces and drew some scrutiny over timing.
Despite the attention, Grande has openly praised Slater as “amazing” and “adorable” while promoting Wicked, set to hit theaters on November 22.
Concerns had reportedly circulated among producers about their romance potentially overshadowing the film’s release, yet at the premiere, the couple posed in a group photo with co-stars Jonathan Bailey and Cynthia Erivo, carefully positioning themselves apart from each other to keep the spotlight firmly on the film and its cast.
Slater, looked sharp in a classic black suit, stars as Boq, the love interest of Elphaba’s sister Nessarose, who eventually transforms into the Tin Man in the film.
Grande and Cynthia Erivo, stole the show at London’s Royal Festival Hall on Monday, leading the Wicked cast in showstopping futuristic outfits.
Both actresses brought a fresh take on their roles, ditching the iconic pink and green colors associated with Glinda and Elphaba.
