Senior Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui took to his social media on Thursday to share with his fans some delightful moments from a recent reception that he attended at the Buckingham Palace in London where he also bumped into King Charles III.

Taking to his Instagram, the 55-year-old actor shared some heartwarming photos from the event as he recounted his unforgettable meeting with the monarch who recently turned 76.

In the photos in his Instagram post, Siddiqui can be seen engaged in a conversation with the King inside the palace, amid a crowd of other guests.

"Our conversation was brief but vibrant—a meeting of different worlds in the blink of an eye," the actor wrote in the caption of the post, as he recounted his royal encounter.

"His Majesty had a unique ability to put people at ease, leaving a lingering spark. It’s not every day you meet someone whose presence lingers in your thoughts long after the moment has passed."

Siddiqui chose to dress up for the occasion with a teal suit, which he paired with a black shirt, completing his sophisticated look for the royal event.

Earlier, Siddiqui had also taken to his Instagram Stories to post a photo of the invitation he received from King Charles for the reception.

"The Majesty of the Household has received His Majesty’s command to invite Mr. Adnan Siddiqui to a reception to be given at Buckingham Palace by King and Queen," the invitation read.

"In recognition of those who work within the film and Television Industry on Wednesday, November 13 2024 at 3:30pm."

Siddiqui made his acting debut in a 1994's PTV drama, Uroosa, and since then he has worked in many notable films and dramas including Lollywood , Bollywood and even Hollywood.
