Amanda Bynes has recently shared insight into her weight loss journey.
On November 5, the She’s the Man actress took to Instagram Stories and posted a screenshot of her day’s total step count and the weight she had shed.
“Down 6lbs! 154lbs now,” wrote the 38-year-old in the caption as she revealed that she had burned “481/320 CAL” that day and walked a distance of 6.60 miles.
The Easy A actress also mentioned the step count clocked in at 14,895.
After her step count, Amanda followed up with a video of herself walking down the street wearing dark sunglasses and a black beanie, as she showed up her fitness achievement.
The health update came after the Sydney White actress opened up in March that her mental health struggles affected her weight.
Earlier in March, Amanda shared via Instagram Stories that she had “gained over 20 lbs” over the span of several months, “from being depressed.”
She wrote, “I’m doing a lot better now and have learned to do opposite action when I don’t feel like working out or eating clean.”
Amanda previously shared she had undergone blepharoplasty surgery to remove excess skin from her upper eyelids.
In a TikTok video posted in December 2023, the Hairspray actress mentioned, “So I saw a couple of stories online that say I have a new look.”
“And I was never open about this before, but I actually had blepharoplasty surgery on the skin folds and the corners of my eye so I don’t have those skin folds anymore,” she remarked.
At the time, Amanda added, “It was one of the best things I could’ve ever done for my self-confidence, and it made me feel a lot better in my skin.”
