Taylor Swift's Indianapolis Eras Tour concert on Saturday got an unexpected boost when her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, made a surprise appearance.
A source exclusively shared with Page Six that Swift was "shocked" by Kelce's arrival during her sold-out show at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Videos circulating on social media captured the heartwarming moment Kelce surprised Swift's mom, Andrea Swift, 66, and brother, Austin Swift, 32.
Concertgoers couldn't get enough of the sweet reunion, commenting, "Not Andrea looking shocked to see Travis & Austin giving him a big bear hug when he sees him" and "AWWW TRAVIS AND AUSTIN AND ANDREA!!! THAT’S FAMILY!!"
According to the insider, Andrea and Austin didn't expect Kelce to attend due to his football commitments. "They were shocked when he showed up. It was an amazing surprise, and they were thrilled he was able to be there for such an important occasion."
The clips show Kelce walking up to the pair, greeting Austin with a warm bear hug, and leaving Andrea speechless.
The source emphasises that Kelce's presence was crucial, given the significance of Swift's final US shows before wrapping her record-breaking Eras Tour.
"Travis had practice earlier that day and he wasn’t even sure if he was going to be able to make it," the insider reveals. "
It was a last-minute decision... Thankfully, he was able to get out of practice on time and show up."
With the Chiefs scheduled to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night, Swift might return the favor and support her beau.
The pop star's Eras Tour, which began in March 2023, concludes in Vancouver on December 8.
Taylor and Kelce started dating in summer 2023, going public with their romance in September. Their blossoming relationship continues to captivate fans.
