Ozzy Osbourne has shared a candid update on his health, jokingly saying, "I'm nearly f***ing dead!"
The 75-year-old Black Sabbath singer has faced numerous health issues, including seven surgeries in five years and a ongoing battle with Parkinson's disease, diagnosed in 2003.
Heavy metal legend's mobility has been severely impacted since spinal surgery following a 2019 fall. "I went to the doctor's, and you assume everybody knows what they're doing," he recalled.
"My son Jack has a video of me going into surgery, saying, 'I'll see you in a few minutes.' I haven't walked properly since."
He clarified that his disability is often misattributed to Parkinson's, instead blaming the surgery. "I mean, when I came off the quad bike in 2003, I still did tours and I had Parkinson's back then. It was THAT f***g surgery."
Despite his challenges, Ozzy expressed contentment with his life, saying he wouldn't change a thing. When wife Sharon asked if he'd alter anything, he replied, "Nothing. It's been a great time."
The Osbourne family's planned move back to the UK has been delayed due to Ozzy's health. Sharon discussed their plans on their podcast, The Osbournes, saying, "I wanna give your father a chance to live his life. We can do more what we want more in England than we can do here."
Ozzy previously stated, "We've been planning this for the last four f***ing years." His health issues forced him to retire from touring, with a statement on social media admitting, "I'm not physically capable" due to his spinal surgery and Parkinson's battle.
"I never would have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way," Ozzy reflected.
