Jennifer Hudson is offering an insight into her marriage with longtime boyfriend Common.
The 43-year-old has dropped several hints about her relationship going an extra mile with the 52-year-old actor after they confirmed their romance in January 2024.
During an exclusive interview on The Breakfast Club in July, Common appeared on Jennifer’s talk show and talked about tying the knot with the love of his life.
Speaking to the audience, he said, "If I'm going to get married, it's to her.”
In response to her request for clarification, he elaborated further, "You told me a quote that your mother said, 'A man knows what he wants.' I was saying my true feelings about, listen, Jennifer is the person.
"If I should be married, it will be to Jennifer Kate Hudson. You know what I'm saying? I was just being honest. Where do you stand on that?"
While the host revealed her plans to get married sometime later in life, the pair won’t be tying the knot soon.
She previously opened up to Extra about the possibility of a wedding.
Jennifer told the outlet at the time, "Slow down, now. We got a lot of things happening."
"I love the idea, and I think he's a beautiful man, but we're gonna take our time. Neither one of us are in a rush. We're very happy as we are."
