Buckingham Palace delighted royal fans by sharing a rare video of King Charles and her sister Princess Anne from their tour to Australia.
On October 19, the royal family released rare video clips featuring the then-Prince Charles and the Princess Royal visiting a co-educational campus of Geelong Grammar School in 1970.
Alongside the historic video, the message reads, "In 1966, when he was seventeen, The King spent two terms at Timbertop in the mountains of south-eastern Australia."
"The co-educational campus of Geelong Grammar School is located near Mansfield in Victoria, and combines normal schooling with outdoor activities, such as hiking, trail running, cross-country skiing and camping, to foster independence and initiative."
While speaking about the last clip of the video, the Palace's spokesperson revealed that in 1970, the King returned to the campus with his sister which was their official visit to the country with the late Queen Elizabeth II and The late Duke of Edinburgh.
It is important to note that the surprising video of the royal siblings came after King Charles kicked off his Australia tour with his wife, Queen Camilla, on Friday night.
The monarch received a warm welcome as the royal families' memorable photos lit up at Sydney's Opera House.
