Vijay Varma makes 'lucrative' confession about Hollywood career

Vijay Varma is making a surprising revelation about his sky-rocket acting career as he is currently eyeing ‘lucrative’ opportunities in Hollywood.

During an exclusive interview with Variety, the actor, who is known for his spectacular work in films like Darlings, Jaane Jaan, and Mirzapur, revealed his thoughts on seeking good opportunities in the West.

Expressing his excitement about pursuing work in Hollywood, the versatile actor explained, "It's a very good time to make that jump."

He cited examples of actors such as Ishaan Khatter and Ali Fazal, who have benefited from the West’s ‘colour-blind casting,’ landing notable roles in highly-anticipated projects.

He further went on to explain, "With more acceptance coming in from international producers and directors looking at Indian diaspora actors and brown actors for a variety of roles, it's a very lucrative time."

On professional front, the actor was last seen delivering a tremendous performance in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack.

He is currently gearing up for his role in the upcoming film Ul Julool Ishq, co-starring Naseeruddin Shah, Sharib Hashmi, and Fatima Sana Shaikh in lead roles.
