Bollywood singer, Shreya Ghoshal has denied the rivalry rumours with Sunidhi Chauhan.
In a chat with HT City, Ghoshal and Chauhan talked about their bond, motherhood and music.
During a tete-a-tete, Sherya said, “People somehow derive pleasure from painting an image about women artistes and feeling that they are in competition, in some kind of battlefield."
“Sorry to disappoint everyone but Sunidhi and I are besties. I wonder how male artistes are never pitted against each other.”
Taking the conversation further, Sunidhi stated “We catch up very often over a coffee and chat endlessly.”
She concluded saying, “In fact, even when we are in the studio together, we have so much fun that a three-hour session turns into a six-hour one. We also give each other constructive inputs, which helps hone the final product.”
Both the mothers also talked about parenting and how they feel about raising their kids.
On the contrary, Shreya Ghoshal and Sunidhi Chauhan have paired for a new release Chhaila, for the first time. Earlier, The duo also collaborated for various songs including ‘maan Ka Asar from the film Dor 2006 and ‘Hum To Aise Hain Bhaiya from Laaga Chunari Mein Daag 2007.
