Kate Middleton and Prince William have marked World Mental Health Day by releasing an important message.
The Prince and Princess of Wales posted a message on X, formerly twitter, to stress the importance of mental health and well-being.
Future King Prince William shared a thread with a meaningful message: "A #WorldMentalHealthDay thread with people who've inspired us and resources that could help you or those you know who may be struggling."
The royal couple's message comes after Prince Andrew's ex-wife Sarah Ferguson was honoured as the patron of Breast Cancer charity.
Prince William and Princess Kate always encourage people who are working together to build a stronger, more connected community which supports the mental wellbeing of the people.
