Prince Harry prepares for critical discussions with Meghan Markle

Prince Harry is gearing up to return to California this week for important "crunch talks" with his wife, Meghan Markle, following a successful three-week solo tour that took him through New York City, the United Kingdom, and Africa. 

According to a well-placed source, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to sit down with their US-based team to develop a "new strategy" in light of Harry’s recent accomplishments abroad.

The source noted that despite their individual pursuits, Harry and Meghan remain committed to moving forward together. 

They plan to undertake more solo engagements that will highlight their personal interests. "Harry is due back in California this week, and a debrief is expected following his travels," the source revealed. 

"There’s a lot to discuss, so the team has been summoned for a meeting toward the end of the week. 

The success of Duke's solo endeavors has shown that a new strategy might be needed."

The latest news reveals that Harry has chosen to extend his current trip abroad by a few extra days, delaying his return to California where he was scheduled to reunite with wife and their two children, Archie and Lilibet at their Montecito mansion.

Instead of heading back last weekend, the Duke of Sussex ventured to Johannesburg, followed by a rumored visit to Cape Town for some "private time" with family and friends. 

Additionally, Harry has planned a secret visit that has not been included in his official itinerary.

Sources have indicated that there have been whispers for months about Harry and Meghan drifting apart. 

"Harry’s solo trip has given him time to reflect, and now is the time to sit down and talk," the insider said.
