Rachel Zegler, Nicola Coughlan, Lukas Gage and other celebrities will appear in Sabrina Brier’s upcoming comedy audiobook, That Friend.
Sabrina’s new book, which will be published by Simon & Schuster Audio, will revolve around “comedic misadventures of Sabrina, who is living in New York and dreams of building her own media empire,” per synopsis.
“The audiobook follows her as she navigates her new career goals, along with friendship and dating in the city,” read the synopsis.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Lara Blackman, Simon & Schuster Audio’s senior acquisitions editor, said, “That Friend is all about bringing the world Sabrina’s created on TikTok to life in a more expansive, exciting way than ever before — and casting was a huge part of that.”
“While Sabrina tends to star in videos on her own, the audiobook is full of one-of-a-kind characters that each bring something unique to the story, and we’re lucky to have found the perfect voice for each with this talented group of actors,” stated Lara.
That Friend audiobook will reportedly feature celebrity cameos including Rachel, Nicola, Danielle Brooks, Guillermo Diaz, Anthony Ramos and Rache Dratch.
However, the main cast of the audiobook also included Jo Ellen Pellma, Sonya Balsara and Kiah McKirnan as Sabrina’s three best friends Alice, Varsha and Kat respectively.
Lukas will also play Sabrina’s crush Brad, and internet personality Connor Wood will play Jack, her podcast producer.
