The famous Indian TV actress, Hina Khan's commitment to her work cannot be brushed aside as she opened up about suffering neuropathic pain while attending an event recently.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Hina shared a video of an event where she suffered the side-effects of stage three breast cancer which resulted in extreme difficulty while standing.
The main protagonist of Yeh Rishta Kya Khelata Hai also penned down a caption which says,"What a day it was, as you all know I have this crippling neuropathic pain and it makes standing more than a few Mins at a stretch extremely difficult. This Event was a commitment made months before the side effects of my treatment presented itself."
According to the renowned actress, she gathered her strength to make it to the event as initially she thought to cancel and refund the deal. Khan was hesitant to be a reason for anyone's inconvenience due to her health and limitations.
"Now a days anything cushioned in my feet gives me comfort in walking. Which is why we decided to wear a super comfy pair of shoes beneath my Saree. Like I said, Hum kaam karenge, aur ladenge", she added.
Explaining her hardship and determination towards living life to it's fullest, also encouraged and motivated people battling the same disease.
"Blessed to have what I have and even while facing this phase of my life. I am thankful to Almighty coz I am able to do it and learn from so many brave souls.", she concluded.
Earlier in June, the Bigg Boss runner up, Hina Khan was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Since then she has been sharing her cancer battling journey through her social media handles.
