Sophie Turner is reflecting on her motherhood following her tumultuous split from former husband Joe Jonas.
During a press conference ahead of her new ITV drama Joan, the actress, who portrays the role of real jewel thief Joan Hannington, shared her stance on prepping for emotional scenes in the 1980s-set series.
The Game of Thrones star, who shares her daughters Willa and Delphine with her former husband musician Joe Jonas, shared her emotions that naturally come to her as a mother.
She said at the time, "I'm a Pisces. I'm very emotional, I do listen to music and things like that but I'm a mother, so anything to do with children, it just kind of flows out."
The plot revolves around Joan, a young mother who is desperately looking for options as she tries to escape her toxic relationship.
The synopsis of the series continues, "Delving deeper into the criminal underworld, Joan meets Boisie, an enigmatic antiques dealer whose allure introduces her to new levels of danger and passion.”
For the unversed, Joan is slated to premiere on ITV and ITVX starting Sunday, September 29.
