Ellen DeGeneres hints she knows Diddy's real nature in resurfaced 2016 tweet
Fans are raising eyebrows as Ellen's old tweet resurfaced amid Sean 'Diddy' Combs sits behind bars
Ellen DeGeneres has landed herself back in hot waters amid her “comeback,” this time for her apparent associations with disgraced rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.
An eyebrow-raising 2016 tweet made by the comedian and television host about Diddy has resurfaced as he sits in jail for charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and more.
In the now-viral tweet, Ellen jokingly wished the rapper a happy birthday, writing, "Happy birthday, P Diddy, Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, or as I call him, Cuddle McSnugglestuff. You don’t need to know why. @iamdiddy."
But with Diddy’s recent legal troubles, fans are baffled that Ellen’s tweet is still up while multiple celebrities appear to cover their tracks by wiping their social media clean.
One user reposted the tweet with the caption, "How is this still up?" Sparking a wave of reactions, some sarcastically pointed out the oversight. "The account manager out of town," one person joked, while another commented, "She better not try to delete this neither."
The resurfaced post comes as Diddy faces serious legal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering, with his notorious celebrity-studded "white parties" also being revisited. These lavish events, held at his mansions around the world, were attended by A-list names like Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jennifer Lopez.
