Queen Camilla has advised King Charles against meeting with Prince Harry next week, as reported by a source.

The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to be in London on Monday for the WellChild Awards, but it remains unconfirmed whether he will meet with Charles during his visit to the UK.

In February, the father and son had a 45-minute meeting at Clarence House after Harry returned to the UK following the news of the monarch's cancer diagnosis.

Since then, Harry has made two trips to the UK but has not seen King Charles on either occasion. During his visit in May, the Duke of Sussex issued a statement indicating he would not be able to see his father due to the King's packed schedule.

If Harry wishes to see Charles on this upcoming trip, he would need to go to Scotland, as the monarch will be there for an upcoming engagement and has no plans to return to London during Harry's visit.

Despite this, Queen Camilla is reportedly not in favour of her husband meeting with their son, according to an insider. King Charles is currently undergoing treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer.

They told the Daily Beast: "She has been the principal voice urging Charles to slow down and take things easy.

"The last thing she wants him to do is to get stressed out over a meeting with Harry."

However, a separate source says the King would be open to seeing his son as he wants to reconcile with Harry amid their ongoing feud between the Sussexes and the Royal Family.

The source said: "The king has an instinctive impulse towards Christian reconciliation, and his cancer diagnosis has only sharpened that.

"He wants this settled, not just because he loves both his sons, but because it has been so destabilising for the monarchy."
