Ed Westwick, Kelly Rutherford post 'Gossip Girl' reunion moment
Ed Westwick and Kelly Rutherford share glimpse of a recent mini 'Gossip Girl' reunion
Ed Westwick enjoyed an unexpected mini Gossip Girl reunion with co-star Kelly Rutherford.
The duo shared a glimpse of their reunion through a selfie in a joint Instagram post on Thursday, September 26.
"Elevator selfie with the legend herself," Westwick captioned the snapshot when he reposted the photo on his Instagram Stories.
In the mirror selfie, the actor, 37, put his hand in his pocket of the all black outfit he rocked, while Rutherford, 55, sported an oversized beige sweater and a matching hang bag.
Westwick and Rutherford starred in the original CW series, which aired from 2007 to 2013.
The actor, who tied the knot with actress Amy Jackon on August 9, portrayed the notorious Chuck Bass. Meanwhile, Rutherford played Lily van der Woodsen, the mother of Serena, portrayed by Blake Lively, in the drama centred around the scandalous lives of wealthy teens at a prestigious New York City private school.
Westwick and Rutherford’s latest reunion comes just a month after he and Jackson exchanged vows for the second time on August 24 during a destination wedding in Italy, celebrating with a lavish three-day event attended by 220 guests, including Rutherford.
After three years of dating, the Supergirl actress said "I do" to Westwick.
