Travis Kelce credits relationship with Taylor Swift for the 'spotlight'

Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift's boyfriend, has expressed that his family is enjoying the attention brought on by their high-profile relationship.

In a local commercial, Kelce shared his thoughts on the spotlight, saying: "It's the life I chose, I guess. I have fun with it."

He also acknowledged the benefits that come with fame, stating: "It comes with the territory of wanting to do fun activities like this and signing up for cool sponsorships like this and endorsements."

The American footballer even revealed that his mother is having a blast with the attention, saying: "Everyone's loving it. Mama Kelce is having so much fun."

While his father might be taking some time to adjust, his brother Jason seems to be an old hand at fame: "I think my dad is slowly getting more comfortable with it, and Jason has always been a pro at it."

Kelce, a frequent attendee at Swift's Eras tour concerts, admitted that choosing a single favorite song from the 'Karma' artist is impossible, saying: "Oh, a bunch of them. They're all my favourite, literally, every single one. You see me at a concert, you'll see me singing them all."

As the host of Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, Kelce believes fans support him because: "I hope it's because they see I'm just a genuinely good person and I love what I do and I love doing it with the people that I'm doing it with."

With a focus on spreading joy, he concluded: "I'd rather give everybody happiness and something to cheer about than otherwise."

Kelce shared on The Rich Eisen Show that his singer girlfriend has developed a strong interest in football since they started dating a year ago.

He jokingly revealed that she's become so enthusiastic that she's even designing plays specifically for him, although he's unsure if they'll be implemented by his coach, Andy Reid.
