Gracie Abrams seems like she would never forget the “out of body” experience of debuting her Taylor Swift collaboration, us., during the Eras Tour.
The 24-year-old Risk hitmaker opened up on the experience in a cover story from Who What Wear on Wednesday, Sept. 4, and gushed about performing The Secret of Us track, live with the 34-year-old pop star at Wembley Stadium in London in June.
“We wrote it the way that we played it at Wembley,” Abrams told the outlet.
She added, “To see somebody have the ability to, in a stadium, make it feel like you and her are the only two people there, that was hugely important for me to see.”
The Close to You songstress also shared about being inspired by the Eras Tour for her latest album, and what her plans are to perform it live on the Eras Tour next month.
“I am so f---ing happy that we get to do [The Secret of Us] on Eras just because so much of the album was undeniably inspired by the kind of energy that radiates from both Taylor herself and her fans, [who] are just so committed and passionate,” Abrams said.
