Yo Yo Honey Singh is reflecting on his well-wishers in the film industry.
The Blue Eyes hitmaker, who is widely known for his distinctive mix of authentic beats and Punjabi lyrics, credited Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Akshay Kumar for regularly checking on him in crucial times.
During an exclusive interview with The Lallantop, The Lungi Dance singer opened up about his worst phase and severe health crisis.
He said, "Akshay would call and follow up. Deepika suggested consulting doctors, and Shah Rukh bhai regularly called from his side, talking to my family. I couldn't even talk, but everyone provided a lot of support."
Singh's bond with Shah Rukh and Deepika dates back to their collaboration on Chennai Express' Lungi Dance, paying homage to the legendary Rajnikanth.
Meanwhile, he worked with the Rowdy Rathore actor on his film Boss' Party All Night, delivering another chart-topping performance.
On professional front, Singh made a remarkable comeback with his song Kaalastar, featuring Sonakshi Sinha, and is now basking in the success of his latest album Glory, released on August 26.
