Jimmy Fallon had fans in stitches with his revival of EW! featuring Zoë Kravitz and Sabrina Carpenter.
On the Thursday, August 22, episode of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the host brought back a long-retired sketch.
After a six-year hiatus, Fallon revived EW!, portraying Sara, a hyperactive and disgusted preteen girl who reacts with revulsion to nearly everything.
Kravitz, 35, and the Please Please Please chart-topper joined as Lucy Garret and Hailee Robinson, Sara’s summer camp friends.
In the video, the trio showed off their friendship bracelets, spoke with a distinctive accent, all while chewing a gum.
"Very mindful," said the Blink Twice director. "Very cutesy," described Carpenter, 25, while Fallon chimed in saying, "Very ... demure!"—a nod to a recent viral TikTok referencing yet another TikTok trend from April 2022.
The group also flaunted the dance moves, they learnt during their time at the summer camp, set to Carpenter’s hit single Espresso from her latest album Short n’ Sweet before being interrupted by Sara’s stepfather Gary, played by The Tonight Show head writer A.D. Miles.
On the work front, Kravitz is promoting Blink Twice, her directorial debut and a vacation thriller starring Channing Tatum and Naomi Ackie. Meanwhile, Carpenter is busy promoting her sixth studio album, Short & Sweet.
