Jelly Roll has recently revealed his new 10th studio album, titled Beautifully Broken, which will be released on October 11.
Speaking with New York Times magazine, Jelly reflected on his album, saying, “I’m looking for songs that have purpose.”
“When I go to put out a song under the name Jelly Roll, I think to myself, Why? Because for the first time in my life, it has nothing to do with a financial decision,” stated the musician.
The new album will reportedly include the singles, I Am Not Okay and Liar, as well as Get By.
Jelly told the outlet that he would like to donate all net profits from each pre-order of the album for humanitarian efforts.
“I’m well past putting out anything for money. So, now, it really is a why. Songs like ‘Winning Streak,’ that’s a why,” explained the singer.
Interestingly, Jelly released his debut country album, Whitsitt Chapel, back in June 2023. The album reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and by far his highest-charting record to date.
Meanwhile, the musician will start his nationwide Beautifully Broken tour at Salt Lake City’s Delta Center on August 27.
He will reportedly wrap his shows at Jacksonville, Fla.’s Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena on November 23.
