Princess Kate and Prince William's love story has many surprising details about their decades-old romance and relationship.
The Princess of Wales, who's known as extremely sporty, has a "dangerous" hobby that attracted a surprising title from her husband Prince William.
The mother-of-three's hobby seems to be a frightening thing for her husband, who branded Kate "crazy" for her mind-blowing activities.
In 2023, Catherine revealed her dangerous hobby to Zara Tindall 'a athlete husband Mike Tindall for his podcast "The Good, The Bad And The Rugby", saying: "I really, genuinely, love all sports. I can always remember being physical, using our bodies, whether it’s walking, climbing the Lake District, in Scotland [or] swimming from a young age."
She continued: "[My parents] always encouraged us to be physically active and sporty and they always encouraged us into doing team sports and trying things."
Kate went on explaining: "Cold swimming – the colder, the better. I absolutely love it. Slightly to the point where William’s [saying] ‘You’re crazy’ and it’s dark and it’s raining. I will go and seek out cold water. I love it."
Catherine, who's currently receiving cancer treatment, will not be allowed to go cold water swimming. However, she managed to watch sport while she recovers - including her trip to Wimbledon with Charlotte and her sister Pippa Middleton.
