Vikram Bhatt made a shocking revelation about Alia Bhatt's film preferences, stating that the actress may not be a fan of his films.
The Raaz franchise director and producer claimed that the Gangubai star's tastes don't align with his film-making style.
He said, “I don’t think I make the kind of films that Alia Bhatt would be interested in. She has her own universe and choices.”
During an exclusive interview with News 18, the director explained his stance on working with the National Film award-winner, who is celebrated as one of Bollywood’s finest actresses.
Bhatt said his relationship with his brother Mahesh Bhatt doesn't typically involve suggesting actors for various roles.
The Awara Paagal Deewana director said that although the two come from the same background, Alia has her own distinct career path and choices.
In addition, Bhatt heaped on praises for Janhvi Kapoor’s determination and story selection regardless of the film’s success or failure.
He said of the Mili actress, "She has chosen not to latch onto some star or become the second heroine to a third hero. She has refused to do that."
Bhatt rose to fame after making his directorial debut with Jaanam, and later went on to direct successful films like Ghulam, Raaz, 1920, Haunted 3D, and many more.
