JoJo Siwa is unapologetically honest, and her latest podcast episode is no exception.
On JoJo Siwa Now, the 21-year-old performer shared her thoughts on who she won't be inviting onto her show, including Candace Cameron Bure.
Siwa referenced their "very, very public beef," which started in July 2022 when she posted a TikTok calling Bure the "rudest celebrity" she's ever met.
Siwa explained that the feud began "on accident" but has since become a well-known controversy.
"To me, personally, the rudest celebrity I'd ever met was Candace Cameron. She wasn't nice to me when I met her. That doesn't mean she's an awful rude person," Siwa said.
"That just means that she was the rudest that I ever met. Whatever. [I] flashed it quick, thought no one was going to ever see it."
Siwa reflected on her past feud with Candace Cameron Bure, admitting she regretted using her image since they had "no real beef" at the time.
She further explained that Bure "wasn't nice" to her when she was a kid, but she didn't intend to target her specifically.
Instead, she "meant to throw shade at a company that did me dirty." However, Siwa felt bad about the situation due to their mutual friends.
Her feelings shifted after learning more about Bure's involvement with certain organizations, which changed her perspective.
"It goes back to wanting to stand up for my people but not wanting to create drama that doesn't necessarily need to be there. But anyway, Candace and I talked about it. She was honestly pretty sweet to me about it. We talked publicly about it as well," said Siwa, referring to those pinning them against each other as "psycho."
