Former US President Donald Trump revealed Tuesday that he will be the guest of Billionaire Elon Musk of tech and media next week for an interview, Reuters reported.
“ON MONDAY NIGHT I’LL BE DOING A MAJOR INTERVIEW WITH ELON MUSK — Details to follow,” Trump said in the short message posted on his Truth Social platform.
This announcement comes after Trump invited internet personality Adin Ross to his Mar-a-Lago estate as he seeks to stay relevant both online and off in his bid to clinch the presidency for another term.
Elon Musk, who owns the social media platform X, which was previously known as Twitter, has been supporting conservative content producers and conspiracy theorists. But last month of the year, Musk decided to trim this figure down significantly for contribution to Trump’s campaign, saying that he will be donating it at a much lower level. ’ over the past several weeks, Trump has made several television appearances on Fox News and other networks that largely appeal to conservative audiences. On the other hand, he is under mounting pressure to debate Vice President Harris who stated her preparedness to spar with Trump on September 10 via ABC. Trump has refused to debate with Harris on ABC stating that the network has been biased against him and proposed the debate be shifted to a week earlier, to be hosted by Fox News.
