Wendy Moniz bid farewell to Yellowstone with an emotional social media post after filming her last scene on Thursday.

On Sunday, the 55-year-old actress took to her Instagram account and posted an carouse of photos from throughout her time she spent playing the character of Governor Lynelle Perry on the much-loved Western series

Yellowstone kicks off its final season on November 10 without the-face-of-the-show star Kevin Costner.

“Series wrap for me on Yellowstone and been having alllll the feels; sentimental, proud, grateful to name a few,” she began her lengthy caption. “What a beautiful experience I’ve had here; just incredibly fortunate to have worked with so many talented, dedicated, and kind people since 2017.”

She continued, “There’s been a lot to reflect on because this place, with the exceptional people who make it live and breathe, has often felt like a home away from home for me over these last 7 years.”

“Sharing some favourite captures during the course of that time for y’all.”

In the carousel, she also shared a screenshot of the caption of an older post from August 1, 2022.

“It is a gift to work doing something I love; and specifically working on this show. It's a gift to be in and around this nature,” she wrote in the caption at that time.

“It's a gift to be surrounded by so many talented actors, and such a hard working crew. It is a privilege to be a part of this killer storytelling.”

She concluded, “This is a gratitude post...please enjoy the view”
