Ryan Reynolds admitted that the role of "Lady Deadpool" was played by none other than his wife Blake Lively and how it was working with her in the Marvel blockbuster movie, Deadpool & Wolverine.
The 47-year old longtime actor got candid on the whole experience while appearing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast and humorously joked about the identity of the actor who played "Lady Deadpool."
“I've been sleeping with her,” he quipped as a response which made it clear that it was his wife Blake who played the new suspenseful role.
“Not saying that she’s enjoying the sleeping together part, but I’m just saying I have,” he cheekily added.
“So you probably knew right away you were going to have her?' Amanda, the host, asked.
“Yeah, it was kind of one of those things where you’re like, ‘Well, why not?’ I mean, go for it, of course. I mean, we’re all there together anyway. Let’s go nuts,” he replied.
He recalled working with his wife of nearly 12 years as an experience that “was a lot of fun,” and confirmed that the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants star also loved working in the movie.
“She’s one of the funniest people I know,” Reynolds gushed about Blake.
