Meghan Markle is expected to announce her next big move on the occasion of her 43rd birthday which is today, August 4.
In conversation with The Sun, royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams shared, "One thing I do see that will come pretty soon, because of the election in the United States, Meghan is very soon I suspect to endorse Kamala Harris."
Notably, it was previously reported that the Duchess of Sussex might make a major career move and join politics to uplift her image.
However, now, as per royal experts, the chances of the former Suits actress to make it to the headlines during the US elections have increased.
Richard claimed that the possibility of a political career for Meghan "has always been there. It's always been talked about."
As per the royal expert, the mother-of-two has "always been very articulate on issues, especially those dealing with race gender equality, and so on, which are big issues, especially in the Democratic party."
Richard believes Meghan is all set to announce her support for Kamala. He continued, "I think we can definitely see an endorsement coming, and I think that will be very soon."
It is also pertinent to mention that Meghan alongside her husband Prince Harry will be seen in an interview on CBS today, August 4.
