Princess Anne, who returned to the royal duties, has flied to Paris for Olympic meeting in her first foreign trip since she was injured in a horse-related "incident" at home.

The Princess Royal -  who's International Olympic Committee (IOC) member of Britain - attended the first day of the 142nd IOC Session on Tuesday, three days ahead of the start of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

King Charles' only sister, who competed in the 1976 Olympic Games, has been largely out of the spotlight since a horse-related "incident" resulted in a concussion.

Last week, the Princess Royal opened new Emergency Department at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. She met her department’s dedicated clinical teams and toured the new facilities, including the Children’s Emergency Department and a Mental Health Suite.

As Patron of Three Counties Agricultural Society, Princess Anne also opened the society’s new Kildare Hall - a single span building at the Showground. During the visit, The Princess Royal met many of the society’s staff and volunteers.
